The Challenge

Tango needed a pricing model that could do four things at once:

  • Package that value into a credit-based model that gave customers predictability
  • Drive ARR growth by demonstrating daily value delivery and building a compelling upsell story

This isn't a simple billing problem. It requires infrastructure that understands agent work at a granular level and surfaces it in a way that both the vendor and their customers can act on.

How Paid Solved It

Paid ingested all usage and AI signals from the Tango platform and mapped them to the value elements that matter most to Copado's customers: human value equivalent, cost savings, and risk avoided, for every AI signal and every task.

From there, Paid designed a credit model built for growth: a platform fee with 25,000 inclusive credits, plus five upgrade packages with bonus credits. GTM packaging followed a clean S/M/L/XL/XXL structure, giving the sales team a natural upsell motion tied directly to consumption.

The result is a monthly certified value receipt showing customers the exact impact their AI workforce delivered. In one example, that figure exceeded $3M in a single month — a number that changes the conversation from cost centre to strategic investment.
